Development testing terms

CanAI provides Athena to authorized development testers to evaluate its configured capabilities. Questions can be sent to development@canaivoice.ai.

Testing scope

Test access does not establish a paid subscription, an approved price quotation or a commercial service commitment. Customer launch agreements and final platform terms are separate from this development testing arrangement.

Connected accounts and actions

Connect only accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Choose the actions and sending permissions you intend to allow. Review recipients and content before approving tests. Follow the connected provider’s terms and the permissions of the people you contact.

Capabilities and verified outcomes

Capabilities and access can change during development. Review each record’s verified status: a request is not a confirmed booking, an issued proposal is not a signature, and a payment link is not a paid invoice. Uncertain provider outcomes require investigation.

Support, privacy and stopping access

CanAI operators may administer the workspace and troubleshoot issues as described in the Athena privacy notice. Disconnect Google in Athena and revoke the grant in your Google Account if you no longer want the connection. Contact CanAI about deleting remaining testing records.

Before a customer deployment

A live customer deployment requires the business’s approved scope, data-handling terms, service commitments, billing and support arrangements to be finalized. These development testing terms do not replace that agreement.
